Look up "Closed session of Congress on March 13,2008" on Google. There are alot of very disturbing statements concerning this meeting and some Congressmen leaked what went on behind these doors.
That February 2009 "guess" or "inside info" from Congress looks to be a bit more than that if you take what this guy is saying as accurate....
