Kosovo Independence or seeds of destruction ?
"We confirmed our principled position on the unacceptability of unilateral actions by Pristina declaring its independence," the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement, following talks between Mr Lavrov and Ms Rice.
"We underlined the dangerous consequences of such a step, which threatens the destruction of world order and international stability which have developed over decades," the statement said.
It added that the telephone conversation was initiated by Washington.
Bush backs Kosovo
The Russian warning came just hours after President Bush said the US would soon establish full diplomatic relations with Kosovo.
Speaking during a visit to Tanzania, Mr Bush said there was "a disagreement but we believe as many other nations do that history will prove this to be the correct move."
The president said the US supported Kosovo's independence because "we believe it will bring peace".

This year of 2008 will be a year of first things and great things. It will be an exceptional year for the uncompromisingly righteous elect in the earth while it will prove to be a year of great devastation for people who have rejected the good news of Jesus Christ.

This year begins a new cycle of punishments upon America. The national patriotic movement will be swept away.

2008 will bring new and upgraded terrorism to the shores of America with a new strain of virus that will take the lives of many as older prophetic words will be fulfilled. This plague will strike both the righteous and the wicked.

Those who call themselves righteous have not DONE righteousness. Christianity is about to be turned upside down because what is preached is so contrary to what Jesus Christ said himself. The U.S. church has not done the job required of them (caring for the sick, poor, those in prison) and are destined for the lake of fire prepared for the devil and his angels. Churches are against other churches, doing the opposite of what we are called to do (care for one another).

In the first seven years of this millenium, you had ample time to reflect on the disastrous events and repent. Since you did not repent, I will punish you seven times more for what you are doing.

A baptism of the Holy Spirit of the 'uncompromisingly righteous elect' which is now hidden and scattered about is coming.

The first plague that will be released in 2008 will kill the wicked and the righteous together. (The virus will have no solution.) The good news is that those who have received Jesus Christ will awake to eternal live in the kingdom of heaven (those who have truly been working out their salvation with fear and trembling).

The uncompromising righteous shall surely shine forth like the stars of heaven during this very dark time. This will be the release for exploits to be accomplished by this remnant company of believers who have learned how to live their lives in Christ.

The wave of calamity will come from the west. It will stretch from north to south.

Violence will be released through the sword of war. The U.S. will be hit by terrorism.

People will awaken to disasters so fierce that they will not be able to handle the pressure.

Who will do exploits in this dark time? It is the manifested sons of God. It is the governmental body of Christ establishing kingdom authority all over the world.

The revelation of the two witnesses will be seen during this season.

The earth will be struck with one plague after another because of the intensity of the mission of the two witnesses.

The marking point will most likely be in the spring at the beginning of the Jewish year March or April (Nissan-Passover).

Mayor's crack addiction.

Overnight, the U.S. could become a sub-prime borrower. Its banks have already landed in that category, thanks to the huge cash injections from wealthy foreigners we've seen taken on by U.S. banks in the last few weeks!

And all this, of course, means yet more contraction of the U.S. economy.

2) DISEASE: Medicare + Medicaid ($614.1 billion)
3) DEBT: Debt to the people (Social Security + Welfare) and to debt holders (interest on national debt) ($1,115.4 billion)

What's fascinating about all this is that these three things take up 85% of the federal budget! (Total 2006 federal budget was $2.7 trillion.)

Yes: 85% of the federal budget goes to pay for war, disease and debt. Need I say more? That fact right there should tell you all you need to know about the future of this nation: The U.S. is about to become history. In the history of the world, no nation that spends 85% of its budget on war, disease and debt has ever survived for more than a few years. (Rome spent far less on war and still couldn't keep its republic together...)

For all those readers who agree with me on my anti-war stance, don't worry: We'll all get our wish soon! The U.S. is so bankrupt that waging war will soon no longer be an option. President Bush has done what the terrorists could have only dreamed of doing: destroying the future of an entire nation and watching it implode under the weight of its own debt. The Plunge Protection Team in Washington (and at the Fed) will do their best to keep propping up this economy like a Weekend At Bernie's. So you'll see short-term recoveries and stock prices jumping up and down probably all year. The markets may even reach new highs as the Fed hyperinflates the currency by injecting easy money into the system. As usual, it's all a scam. The unavoidable trend is the ultimate downfall of the debt-ridden U.S. economy and a massive recalibration of this nation's economic behavior, which may or may not include the dissolution of the nation itself. If Iran is attacked they will definitely retaliate and they have several options on the table. They are definitely not as weak as Iraq and they have strong support from the Chinese and Russian governments. It’s reported that China is looking to invest close to 100 billion dollars into Iran and we are sure these guys are not going to let their investment go up in smoke.
The first thing Iran could do is simply cut of their own oil supply. At this point in time they can afford to do this because they are loaded with money to the gills due to the high price of oil. That would take 4.2 million barrels plus of the market immediately.
The total length of the straits of Hormuz is approximately 280Km and the width at the narrowest point is only about 50km. The strait of Hormuz happens to be one of the most important areas in the world as it’s the only sea route through which oil from Saudi Arabia, Bahrian, Qatar, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, and United Arab Emirates can be reach the outside world.
Iran could close the straits of Hormuz completely. At its narrowest point its only 50 km wide. All they would have to do is deploy the copy cat version of the Chinese Silk worm missiles and blow up several super tankers to cause total chaos. These missiles travel nearly at the speed of sound and travel so low that they are practically skimming of the waves; this makes them virtually invisible to radar. Then to make sure that no one comes in they could flood the place with mines. Take a look at the map above if the straits were closed all those oil producing nations would have no way to get their oil to the markets. Over 21 million barrels a day of production would be cut of instantaneously; this is more then what the US consumes......
Now many are going to say that the US is not going to allow the straits to remain closed they can send in the Huge Aegis war ships. That’s where the dreadful Iranian SSN-22 missiles come in. These missiles were basically designed by the Russians to deal with Super Aegis’s defence system. They travel at twice the speed of sound and can be launched from up to 120km away from the target (remember at the narrowest point the Strait of Hormuz is only 50km wide; its believed that this point is heavily fortified with Silkworm missiles and the SSN-22 Sunburn missiles). There is no defence against the SSN-22 it will virtually rip an Aegis war ship in half and the Iranians have hundred of these missiles. The US navy would be stuck and unable to open up the Strait of Hormuz. In the Falklands war Argentina had less then 9 anti ship sea skimming missiles (they were produced by France and were similar in nature though not as fast as the Russian Sunburns) and they were able to sink 2 British war ships. Imagine the damage Iran could do with the hundreds of the worlds fastest anti ship missiles

400 tons of bombs were dropped on a neighborhood south of Baghdad yesterday by the U.S. Air Force and as usual the number of dead civilians has been quietly covered up.
The hypocrite Bush has a big double standard when it comes to restraining Israel, something he does not show to Islamic fighters elsewhere.
Is there anyone in Israel with the backbone to tell him to get lost ?
The hypocrite and phony peace maker OK'ed his US Air Force to drop 400 tons on bombs in a neighborhood south of Baghdad to exterminate a few Islamic terrorists .
Israel should follow his actions and not his words by carpet bombing the Gaza Hamas enclave .
Collateral damage and the deaths of family of these terrorists is to be expected as the U.S. knows well as they do not practice what they preach to Israel.
