You got that right. I've even showed them DIRECTLY FROM THE BIBLE how Iran, with help from other nations, will be the catalyst for our judgment, and they still reason it away.
They tell you it is 'just opinion', or that the USA is not in scripture, or whatever the case may be. I'm sure you heard them all and probably can cite some new ones.
This is lonely work, but God be praised He never leaves His people completely with no witness or warning. They cannot blame Him when it comes to pass, but be assured they wil try to blame you, and others like you, who have done all but draw a picture for them.
Keep up the good work. It is a pleasure to encourage you from time to time. Don't forget to 'be nice.' That is always the last club out when they feel discomfort from what you say. Yet I see little 'nice' being shown to the women and children of Iraq.

But I do think the time for nice towards those headed for destruction is about over ,a do pray for God's wisdom and heart on this and want to be harmless as a dove.
God is not going to be nice and I sense His wrath is kindled.
I do think the two witnesses will be judged as not nice and unchristian though.
I've posted a few unpleasant ,not nice messages at IMB website and they do not even respond .

For the past two weeks I keep coming back to Isaiah 34.
I guess when God says 'all the nations' they assume that God odes not mean what He says.

I tried IMB ages ago. I could have told you that and saved you the trouble.
Notice the words wrath, anger, and vengeance appear an awful lot in prophecy? No one seems to get that.
When they face Him, will they try that 'nice' crap on Him? Love to see how it works. He keeps pushing the clock back, hoping they will hear. How much 'nicer' do they want Him to be?
They want validation, not truth. Stand aside while they force fit their own theories to get themselves, Bush, and America 'off the hook'. I'm not fooled, and neither is God.
Also, they are hoping against all odds they will 'be raptured'. That's another one. The longer God delays, the more they hope today is the day. Trying to out-wait God, which I think is a mild form of insanity, since God liveth forever and is outside of Time itself.
Rather than redeem the time by understanding, they take it is nothing will happen till they are 'raptured'. Mistaking mercy for validation.

People do not see nor hear because they do not humble themselves and read the Word. For the last two years, I have spent time learning who the God is that I thought I knew for 35 years of my life. I found out that His Word is quite different than I was taught in church. He only reaveals His true nature to those who truly seek Him with a humnble and contrite spirit. It is only then that we can see through the veiled eyes and hear through the veiled ears. But, what we see and hear is not what the church at large has taught for hundreds of years. Reading His WHOLE Word with a humble heart and a desire to know Him reveals His HOLY character. It is a character that we as "Christians" are unfamiliar with...we expect love and peace and blessings...but these do not come to unholy people. We do not know His ways, but He will make them known...and few will be saved.
It is hard to stay "nice" when you come to this realization...that most of the world will be lost. I commend you for "working on it". I have been trying to do that myself. It is why I have not posted in any of the familiar places in a while. Stay strong in the faith!

The narrow way is truly just that and most don't want to be reminded.
They have their cake and are content until those like us come around with the bad news.
They've been fed sugar and in their heart hate the salt.
I'm reminded of an encounter with a young christian mother and how she was offended by my saltfilled words. I ccame to understand that God is nothing more than Santa Clause and a a good luck charm to many 'christian's ' and that there are many christian witches who ply their magic incantations in the chruch today.
They're easy to spot. They are allergic to salt and have only taste for sugar.

No need to apologize to me...no abuses from any of you that I recall. I usually agree with you. I have become enraged with people on other blogs who refused to wake up...let my anger get the better of my zeal for the Truth. So, I had to take a break for a while and work on a little more self control. I still read, but rarely post...may get back to that one day, if led with righteous zeal and self-control. I appreciate your work and persistence.

This is well timed, Eric. I have recently encountered the same issue. I was really beginning to believe it when people said it was me alone. But to hear someone else say it, it seems to be universal for anyone who speaks up for Truth. The frustration gets the better of you, cuz the message is so simple, you they act like it is so difficult.
It is not difficult, just not what they want to hear, so they mask that by shooting the messengers. It is almost an insult to think they really believe that still works.
Most places claim to seek understanding, but all they really 'understand' is what everyone else's opinion is. And it is nothing but a sugar-fest with no one daring to reach a conclusion, lest they 'offend'. Can't have that. Jesus would never offend. Yeah? Try Matt 23, for starters.
Well, God tells us this is a sign of immaturity. They paint it as the opposite, claiming false humility, but if they were truly humble, as Eric said, they'd BE THERE in their understanding, because God would see to it. It's HIS credibility on the line, so why would He not?
Yes, marcel is rough around the edges, but you know what, so is anyone else trying to deal with the ignorance, and being labelled falsely for not drinking the Kool-Aid. We're still debating the RAPTURE, for heaven's sake. That should have gone out with New Coke.

I do believe there is a God led time and place for anger.
Jesus and John the Baptist give us personal examples of righteous anger. The effeminate church only accepts men who talk like little girls today.
No real men who are moved with righteous indignation are acceptable.
Angry women are acceptable but not angry men.
Everything is truly upside down.
Could you imagine if Jonathan Edwards preached his 'Sinners in the hands of an angry God' hell message today ?
A God given hunger for the truth plus God given humility teaches us that there is really nothing good in this wretched flesh .
We have learned not to trust in the flesh or to puff it up but to deny it and crucify it daily.
That is no longer accepted or taught in hte fallen away Church. The flesh is glorified and worshiped in place of God.
Armed with this truth we dare not build our foundation anywhere close to this flesh or have any confidence in our flesh.
This simple truth is quite liberating and gives us much strength ,His strength.
We know that self righteousness and works of the flesh are a dead end.
We just have to remember to ask.
