You know Marcel, it's easy for us all to become weary in this day and hour, but we must not weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not..amen..thanks for posting such thought provoking soul stirring blogs..sorry i havent been commenting much lately, i have been crazy busy...no time to even post on my own blog...God Bless, and keep up the work of the Lord
The Bible speaks of God putting a hook in the jaw of a nation and dragging them to Israel. I feel He has done the same with the USA; oil is the hook. I cannot understand why the US government did not just send hit teams to take out Sadaam Hussein instead of spending what may approach 2 trillion dollars (all borrowed money) to go to war.
There is a spiritual reason behind the situation we are in; and it is not good.
We are in the mess of our lives. World War II was over in a shorter length of time than our involvement in Iraq. It does not bode well for our nation.
Those of us in the United States whose hope is in the LORD have a short time, if any, do really develope a deeper relationship and communion with Him. In the coming days, not years but days, we are going to be leaning upon Him and Him alone. There will be no other rock or foundation left standing that will give real support.
We can choose smoke and mirrors, or the Rock of Israel. My choice has been made.
