The 10-page draft resolution, which was agreed by the United States, Britain, France, Germany, China and Russia, also calls for the establishment of an international inspection regime for vessels suspected of containing cargo related to Iran's nuclear or missile programs.

Obama the punk has been punked.
He has been out maneuvered by Russia,China and their surrogates on Iran sanctions.
Obama is being squeezed in to a disastrous reaction to save face and escape the humiliation of a fool, a novice.
Will he unilaterally act and place a US Naval blockade up in the Persian Gulf to save his worthless image as a leader and not a paper cut out ?
The interesting thing to watch is how America's TREACHEROUS squeezing of Israel is being returned on it's head with interest.
