It is clear that the U.S. has been restraining Israel from defeating another Arab army as happened with Hizbollah in 2006 and Hamas in 2009.
Israel has had too much success in the past defeating 1 Arab army after another and U.S policy is to repair the shame and damaged self esteem of the Arab losers.
Although Israel is always restrained and hamstrung by her dubious ally to protect Hamas and Hizbollah the clear message is :
'Do as we do and not as we say.'

There is so much destruction happening in Japan and the United States because of sin. The Lord always has the final say.
I was hitchhiking in Wyoming a year ago and this Christian picked me up. He let me stay overnight at his place. I met his landlord who was also a very devoted Christian.
The landlord told me that he had a friend in the FBI. This FBI guy said that everytime the politicians in the United States went against Israel, there was destruction on American soil and Americans were killed.
I was hitchhiking in South Dakota a few years ago and this Christian picked me up and took me to Missouri. He told me he knew this pastor that had a dream concerning Hurricane Katrina (2005). He said, in the dream, the Lord showed him that Hurricane Katrina destroyed New Orleans because Israel (and the United States) allowed the destruction of Jewish settlements in the Gaza Strip.

No, the Church is alive and vibrant. I am Irish and have, personally, never run into any evil priests or nuns. I had a strict Catholic upbringing. Yes, I know ( and feel) that the greater crime ( and sin!!) WAS the cover-up!!!! But , one cannot judge the Institution by a small number ( statistically - and ,each case was a case too many and utterly evil!!) of perverts. These exist in all institutions nd strata of society. On the whole , the Catholic Church does a tremendous amount of good. Why are you so bitterly angry and defensive? I am not blind - BUT WOULD FOLLOW JESUS BLINDLY - ANYWHERE!!!!
