Did you take into consideration not if but when a major U.S. city is hit by a 9+ quake as we saw in Japan,or how about a major terrorist attack that dwarf's 9/11 ? The terrorist have proven creative,patient and methodical in their plan for a new attack. We're about due for another surprise and with the always incompetent DHS,we know they will succeed. Our foes Russia and China,N.Korea,Iran and their many other partners have been preparing for this day to kick mortally wounded Uncle Sam when he is down on his back. I think you are being overly optimistic. The USS Titanic has more than a self inflicted currency iceberg targeting it.
