More and more Christians are, for some odd reason, being able to see that we are in for some serious trouble, finally... BUT instead of seeking the Lord, turning whole-heartedly to Him, getting on their knees, searching out the Scriptures, they only know to make comments such as, "Don't go there with me, God already knows what is going to happen in all his situations -- it's all in his hands (denying the power). I reply well, of course-- that's already a given that God knows all things; what does that have to do with you serving God, denying yourself, taking up your cross daily?? No credibility and then they they "bank " on thoughts like this without any knowledge, widsom to back them up. There is no truth of the gospel with these ones, the Living Word is not applied -- only solid lies from hell telling them they are fine the way they are. How frustrating it is in trying to persuade Christians that it's more than what meets the eye, the mind the opinion yet they rebelliously & decisively continue to operate under these false spirits resisting the one true call of God on their life. And as they resist and resist and resist the truth, the word reprobate takes on a whole new meaning. Paul warned about this happening.(I can almost venture to believe that martial law will never exist in the minds of these rebellious types yet they could very well be the ones who will be publically unruly as they continue to blaspheme the Holy Spirit.)
I'm headed to skid row to talk with the poor, down-and-outers; ones who have a real chance at eternal life, that would jump at the chance to know Jesus as their personal savior!!! But it is so frustrating to hear Christians; these people just throw their mediocrity out all aover the place all in the name of the Lord.

I need to dig a little deeper and seek the Lord on this.
I've been learning that much of the 'standard' rapture'tribulation teachings of the church are wrong.
In Daniel and Revelation there seems to be a distinction made of the 42 month perios and the 1290 days

Thirdly the two witnesses shall prophesy for 1,260 days.

None of these have come to pass just as yet,that is why I personally believe 2010 will be MID trib when the AOD stands up after a major devastating blow to the US ( Jer 50/51) Rev 18,Is 21.....

I don't have all the answers and believe that when this thing with Iran starts off it will lead us intO the tribulation period ,the rider on the red horse of Revelation 6:3-4 rides out.
Some time ago when I wss reading Revelation 6:2,the Lord revealed to me that the rider had already conquered Afghanistan and Iraq and 'to conquer' Iran.
That leads me to think that we will never get there and possible sanctions like a Naval Blockade in the Persian Gulf will lead to our sudden destruction.
Ezekiel 38's list of countries coming against Israel tell us Iran is not defeated by israel or the U.S. and so it looks like another Pearl Harbor to me.

about two hours after the Lord led me to read Daniel 5 this morning.
What stood out this time as I read it is how quick God's judgment fell on the King of Babylon after he played ,toyed with the holy things of God as President Bush now does with Israel ,especially Jerusalem.
That night he died and another King,a Perisan/Mede,Darius,(Iran) at that took his place.
The Laodecian church is not concerned about this evil being done against Israel and so many other evil things as it does not affect their wallet ,but now their wallets will be hurt and they will finally cry ,but God will not listen.
It's too late for many.
Jesus told us there would be "tribulation" in those days and he that hath ears to hear, let him hear. The birth pains now in effect will increase with ferocious intensity during and into the Great Tribulation (last 31/2 years of the seven). Could it be that we are mid point of the first 3-1/2 years of the 7 weeks of Daniel, meaning 1/2 of the 3 have already occurred from January 2007 (this is based only on the signing of the ENP treaty) until now? Once the first 3 years have been completed (perhaps mid July 2010), the US will have already been hit by the “Destroying Wind” of Jeremiah 51:1…
“Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will raise up against Babylon, and against them that dwell in the midst of them that rise up against me, a destroying wind.”
…= the total destruction of Mystery Babylon.
Half way point would be mid July 2010 when the AC stands up, the Great Tribulation (worst part of the 7 years) is in place, the evil man of sin breaks the covenant, rising up to perform the AOD in the "temple”.

I struggle with realization, that as an American living in this country, trying to cope with what the Scriptures clearly reveals regarding Babylon being utterly destroyed is a difficult reality for anyone to grasp, therefore we must walk in the Holy Spirit. Without Jesus, we are hardly able fathom this thought. We have children and family we care very much about, but to understand the importance further beyond and past the US devastation into the Great Tribulation is as important too pray about for guidance in this understanding. Perhaps we fail to think and pray about this part of the end times as it's hard enough but life in other countries will continue at least for another 3 years, no? Won't Europe continue? The One World will be fully intact, times will continue to be quite devastating there too. This false peacemaker will turn wickedly ugly such as never been seen. Some say it will be Prince Charles, some Javier Solano, some the Pope there are many. Whoever it is, we know there is one who will ultimately fight Israel in the final day and Praise God-- Israel is victorious through Jesus Christ the Lord Amen.
