The plans of mice & men

"Don't plan without God. God seems to have a delightful way of
upsetting the plans we have made, when we have not taken Him
into account."
Oswald Chambers

'especially the plans of His enemies'

Quote of the Century
'Russian Forces need to leave Georgia at once, this is no longer 1968'
Secretary of State Condor Rice.

No,my unwise Ms.Rice this is much more apocalyptic than 1968 as you will soon learn.
There is a price to pay for America's dividing of Israel.
The cut in pieces promise of Zechariah 12:3 is in play against this nation.

Technical difficulties with electronics continue:

1) Internet Explorer goes into Offline mode at times for no reason.

2) Cell Phone Calls droping worse than if they were connected with a cup and a string....

3) Anti Virus wont't update correctly as it reports missing files.

4) Email errors with Blackberrys..

5) Cell Phone bars fluctuate wildly from 1 to 4 bars and back again.

Weird stuff..

Russians playing their Haarps perhaps?

Also, and most imporatant of all...

I am detecting incoming connections on my PC with it idling.. as if someone is trying to get into my system...

I keep my LAN connection visible on my taskbar so I can monitor this as if it is a Dial Up Connection.

To do this go into the Control Panel > Network Connections and right click on your internet connection. When the menu comes up select Properties and put a check in "Show icon in notification area when connected" and click OK.

Now your connection will be visible in your System Tray next to your clock.

If you see activity back and forth or solid blue when idle, somebody MAY be trying to get into your system without permission.

To shut it off temporarily, keep the Network Connections folder open on your Desktop and right click on your internet connection and select Disable.

This will turn your connection off and prevent idiots from messing with you.

To turn it back on, right click again and select Enable.

Repeat until they get fed up and leave you alone....

Or you could just pull the plug on the back of your computer or router until it stops. :)

"16th August AVG Free 8.0 - Virus Database 1616 update problem ("missing BIN file")

There has been a minor problem with updating Virus Database 1616 for AVG Free 8.0

From AVG's forum post:

quote RDsok (AVG Moderator)

Currently the update for AVG Free v8 is corrupted... you will have to wait for AVG Technologies to address the issue with the update.

The post continues to inform users that their virus protection is not negatively affected by the glitch - AVG is working to fix the problem and users need not worry."

It just occured to me in reading all this news that Georgia was hit by cyber attacks shortly before they were attacked for real..

Story copied in case it "disappears":

U.S. Unprepared For Cyber Attack as Russia-Georgia Online War Rages

A Cox News Service article by David Ho, via The Austin American-Statesman, reports that:

As Russia and Georgia teeter between cease-fire and war, combat is still raging in cyberspace with hackers continuing an onslaught against Georgian Web sites, e-mail and communication services.

About 20 government, banking and media sites were offline Thursday, said Scott Borg, director of the U.S. Cyber Consequences Unit, an independent research group that advises the government. Some sites have fled to hosting computers in other countries and even to Atlanta, where they continue to take digital fire.

The disruptions have played a significant role in the conflict, impairing Georgia's ability to respond to Russia's military attacks, Borg said.

The ongoing online battle, which appears to have begun before the first shots were fired, is a preview of a new era in warfare — one the United States is not ready for, government officials and security experts say.

Thanks for the info james,
I don't remember how many times I've pulled the plug to stop an ongoing cyber attack.
it's only a miracle from God that I'm still online.
It may not be much longer though as you point out.
''''one the United States is not ready for, government officials and security experts say.'''

The West is stuck on stupid and ripe for a full scale attack while the idiot Bush keeps jabbing his stick in the eye of the angry bear.

I was listening to the audio of Larry Taylor and Stewart Best the other day and he mentioned something I never thought of.
How after an EMP attack without comm. or sat. info we would be blind to any incoming Hurricanes here in Florida, people unable to flee except by bicycles or older cars, motorbikes, and numerous other disaster scenario's.
I'm going ot try the lan monitor you mentioned.

Blackwater,Jericho, the globalist enemy has taken control of our government already, and all that conspiracy stuff.
